I am not trained as a writer

It is disconcerting when you were not trained as a writer and yet, you want to write and write and be a writer. You knew somehow that you wanted to write so badly and being trained as an architect was a glitch in your life, although 10 years of training does not define as a glitch but a decade of taking the wrong path. But then I love design and it is in my blood, like each corpuscles streaming down my veins, so I cannot abandon design. And so, shall I start writing about design then?

My priorities

I think I will have to be practical from now on.

What are my priorities?

(of course my health and well-being comes first and also my family, I need to visit them and be with them more often, ie my mother especially...)

Teaching

• Design Thesis (semester 1)
• History 2 (semester 1)

Research & Advocacy

(specific)

• Design Theory (Design Thesis Manual) - the manuscript and mock up to be produced end of the year 
• Malaysian Standards 1184 & 1331 - to be completed in the group meetings and make sure it gets gazetted
• Access Audit Training - to be completed 15 August - final draft
