People in Europe observed the 2 minutes silence at noon on Thursday, a week after the bombing tragedies. The television showed how people observed the silence in the UK especially in London, at King's Cross, Liverpool Street Station, Tavistock Place, Trafalgar Square, in a Muslim school, and a regular primary school. Apart from the children who sat wide-eyed and looking at each other, the rest all observed the mark of respect very well. Cars, buses, vans and taxis stopped where they are as well.
I would like to share the following photos, taken in front the King's Cross Station, of people using the streets and pavements and the hoarding boards that were lined with messages and photos of the missing people.
